Belews Creek Watershed Plan

The Belews Creek Watershed Plan (PDF) was partially funded by the U.S. Environmental Protective Agency (EPA) Region 7 through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Minigrant Number G06-NPS-03 under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act. It was completed in November, 2008 by the Belews Creek Watershed Partnership and the Stormwater Division Staff.

The purpose of the Belews Creek Watershed Plan is to identify critical areas where pollution control practices should be implemented to help establish a healthy ecosystem. The plan also helps to identify applications of various development methods, location and mix of associated land uses.

LaBarque Creek Watershed Plan

The LaBarque Creek Watershed Plan (PDF) is a joint planning effort between the Missouri Department of Conservation, Jefferson County, the Friends of LaBarque Creek Watershed, and other non-profit agencies. The purpose of the LaBarque Creek Watershed Plan is to maintain and enhance the ecological, educational, and recreational values of the Watershed.

Sandy Creek Watershed Plan

The Sandy Creek Watershed Plan (PDF) is partially funded by the U.S. EPA Region 7 through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources mini-grant under Section 319 of the Clean Water Act. The Plan was completed and submitted to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for approval in September 2011. 

The purpose of the watershed plan is to identify areas of concern within the watershed that affect water quality. The plan outlines implementation procedures that can be taken to address non-point water pollutants. If you would like more information, please call the Stormwater Office at 636-797-6228.
