Preliminary Plats must be submitted thirty (30) business days prior to being placed on an agenda. Zone Change Requests, Conditional Use Permit Requests, and Subdivision Variance Requests must be submitted twenty (20) business days prior to being placed on an agenda. Final Plats must be submitted ten (10) business days prior to being placed on an agenda. Due to time constraints the agenda may be limited. Items will be placed on an agenda as quickly as possible.
