| Design Team |
The Jefferson County, Missouri site was created by a Government Access Project team. The site currently contains more than 250 pages with content spanning approximately 28 County departments and divisions. Construction did not begin until November 1, 1999. The following individuals are guided by a committee of County employees, leaders from Jefferson County organizations, and technical consultants:

| Technical Consultation |
| Technical consultation has come from Regional Justice Information Service (REJIS) of St. Louis, Missouri, a joint commission of the City and County of St. Louis. REJIS has provided not only technical help and hosting, but also back-end development that enhances the site's ability to serve Jefferson County citizens. |
| Advisement |
| The Jefferson Online Information Network (JOIN-N) has been instrumental in increasing awareness to the many ways county citizens benefit from an official county government site. Seeing this need, JOIN-N initiated the application for funding which has made this site possible. Funding is provided through a Missouri Express Project Enhanced Community Service grant. |
