Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Jefferson County, Missouri, will conduct a meeting at 7:00 p.m.,

Thursday, March 11, 2010 in the Assembly Room of the Jefferson County Administration Center, located at 729 Maple Street, Hillsboro, Missouri.

                        A Request for a Zone Change for parcel 12-8.0-27.0-007.06, located on Hillsboro-House Springs Road on Acorn Trail, in Central Township, from Single-Family Residential (R40) Zone District to Large Lot Residential (LR2) Zone District.

C.          PC10016

A Request for a Zone Change for parcel 23-5.0-16.0-045., located at 13201 Highway JJ, in Plattin Township, from Non-Planned Community Commercial (CC2) Zone District to Planned Commercial (PC) Zone District and Development Plan approval for JJ Automotive Center.
