Zumba Classes in High Ridge!

The Jefferson County Department of Parks and Recreation is proud to announce the start of Zumba Classes at the High Ridge Civic Center.  Join Tammi Ciaravino, our certified instructor, on Monday evenings, starting April 2, 2018, and Wednesday evenings starting April 4, 2018, both from 7 to 8 pm.  Take those extra pounds off the fun way!

Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music.  The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone an sculpt the body.  Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric input, fat burning and total body toning.  Salsa, Mambo, Samba, Merengue and Hip-Hop dancing are used, to name a few.  Ditch the workout and join the party!

Enrollment in these high energy, fun classes is ONLY $20 for the Monday class (4 nights), $15 for the Wednesday class (3 nights), or $35 for both classes, for the entire month!
