Martial Arts in Crystal City!

The Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Department, in cooperation with Sacred Heart Parish, will be sponsoring Martial Arts Classes in the discipline of Moo Sul Kwan at Sacred Heart Gymnasium, 200 Brierton Lane, Crystal City beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2010. The coed classes are designed for ages 5 and up, and will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 pm, for a monthly fee of $30.

The Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts Institute has been a leader in martial arts, self defense and fitness education since 1969. We have specialized programs designed for every age group in Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Judo.
