Senior Strength and Balance - April 2018

The Jefferson County Department of Parks and Recreation's is offering a Senior Strength and Balance Class this April!

Senior Strength and Balance is a great low impact aerobics class that is designed to help you improve flexibility and balance while increasing muscular endurance. Strength exercises may include lifting hand held weights, stretching resistive tubing and using your own body's resistance, while also using your core muscles to improve balance and stability.  Our Certified Instructor, Kristine Boehlke, will combine fun with fitness to make sure you get in a good workout.

We will be offering a Wednesday morning class from 9:30 to 10:30 AM (starting April 4, 2018) with a fee of only $20 for four one hour sessions!

If you are a member of the Silver Sneakers FLEX program, there is no cost to you!  For members, or to see if you are eligible, call toll free at 866-584-7389, 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday, or email at silversneakerswebcontact@healthways.com.
