Group Cycling Classes at the Civic Center!

 

The Jefferson County Department of Parks and Recreation is offering Group Cycling classes this December at the High Ridge Civic Center!

 

Group Cycling is designed for all fitness levels, whether you are a new rider or an advanced cyclist. Our certified instructors (Jen Haskins, Theresa Weiss and Ben Haskins) will guide you through a fun and challenging cardio conditioning workout, and YOU control your own speed and resistance.  Our new Stages bikes are compatible for SPD cleats.

 

We will be offering Monday classes at 5:30 pm starting December 4 (3 classes - $15), a Wednesday 5:30 PM class starting December 6 (4 classes - $20), and a Sunday 8:30 am class starting December 3 (4 classes - $20).

 

IN ADDITION, WE ARE OFFERING A NEW SENIOR CYCLING CLASS FOR AGES 50 AND OVER ON MONDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30 AM.  THIS CLASS WILL BEGIN ON DECEMBER 4, AND WILL ONLY COST $7.50 FOR 3 HALF HOUR SESSIONS!
